Dr. Peter Ziegler is a Board-Certified Family Physician with over 25 years of experience in primary care. He earned his Medical Doctorate (MD) degree at Tufts University in Boston, MA, and completed a residency in Family Medicine at Brown University in Rhode Island.

As a Primary Care Physician (PCP), Dr. Ziegler provides a full range of services including complete physicals, wellness visits, cancer screenings, immunizations, and other preventive care measures. He offers treatment and referral as needed for all chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart and lung diseases, and other disorders.

Dr. Ziegler worked for 18 years with the Indian Health Service, providing care to Native Americans in rural settings while leading efforts to improving access to quality health care. For the past three years, Dr. Ziegler worked with Assurance Health and Wellness and then Community Partners, Inc. as a PCP, integrating primary care with behavioral health services. Dr. Ziegler believes in the importance of connection and communication with his patients in order to best assist them in meeting their healthcare needs.

In addition to helping his patients improve their health, Dr. Ziegler takes his own health and fitness seriously as an avid runner and outdoor enthusiast.
